We decided to walk because I am having vertigo and it helps in the long run to make it go away for good. We used to walk every night, and when we did, I never got vertigo. Otherwise, it goes with fibromyalgia.While we were at the store, I decided to pick up a few school supplies. I picked up a pack of chalk for Josh's "Handwriting w/o Tears" program. I'm supposed to keep track of what we have done since I home school, just in case it becomes an issue.
